Presale Structure

The $SHPRO token distribution will commence with a multi stage Public Sale, strategically designed to fund our mission and provide early investor opportunities. Purchased tokens from the Public Sale will be distributed via airdrop on the Token Generation Event (TGE) day.

Public Sale: 117,000,000 $SHPRO (39% of total supply) will be sold across 19 stages, with the price increasing by $0.005 per stage. Stage 1 begins at $0.01, progressing to Stage 19 at $0.10. 50% of tokens unlock at TGE, with the rest vesting linearly over 30 days after a one-week cliff.

Listing Price: Upon conclusion of the Public Sale, the listing price of $SHPRO is fixed at $0.15. Funds from presale will fuel development, strategic investments, and internal project incubation.

Hard Cap: ShieldGuard Protocol’s presale has a Hard Cap of $6,000,000 USD. This maximum target ensures comprehensive funding for our roadmap, ecosystem scaling, and top-tier exchange listings, reflecting our strong confidence in achieving our goals. The sale concludes once this cap is met.
